We visit your plot, assess soil type and access conditions, discuss your BHK requirements and budget, and provide a written cost estimate within 24 hours. No charge, no obligation.

We prepare a detailed agreement covering scope, materials brand, timeline milestones, payment schedule, and warranty terms. Your floor plan is finalized before a single brick is laid.

We assist you in submitting building plan drawings for BMRDA sanction — mandatory before any construction, and required if you're taking a construction loan. Approval fees and a temporary electricity connection (needed to start work) are separate costs, not part of the construction package.

Soil excavation, PCC bed, footing construction, and foundation walls. You receive Day 1 photos on WhatsApp and a payment request only after foundation is complete and you've approved the photos.

The skeleton of your home. We use M20/M25 concrete with JSW or Jindal TMT Fe500D steel. You see weekly photos. Slab casting is a milestone — you inspect and approve before the next payment.

Brick/AAC block walls, concealed plumbing with Ashirvad/Supreme pipes, Finolex electrical wiring. All routed before plastering so you can verify the work. Switchboard locations confirmed with you.

Internal/external plaster, tiles, doors, windows, painting, bathroom fittings, kitchen works. You choose tile designs with us. Daily WhatsApp photos so you can catch anything you want changed.

We do a full walk-through with you, address any snags, and hand over all documents: completion certificate, electrical test report, plumbing test, warranty letter. Then the keys are yours.
